1BR to 3BR on or near 30A, single professional, non-smoker, no pets

Required: 1BR to 3BR long-term rental, on or near 30a, Seagrove Beach or Sandestin would be ideal but any nice beach area neighborhood will suffice. W/D on premises, $750-1250 range, unless utils and/or furniture are included--in which case, I'm willing to pay a bit more

Preferences: covered parking, furnished, pool access, some form of beach access nearby.
