2/2, 2/1, 1/1 or studio

Me and my family have to be out by June 10th. Our landlord is selling the house here in edge water in niceville. We are a family of three. My daughter is six. I possibly looking for a place that's reasonably inexpensive and is a 2/2, 2/1 or even a 1/1 or studio if allowed by owner. We are buying a house in a year and if we have to suffer a little in a really small place we will do it. (Actually I never want a big place again!) simplicity is what I want.
