I purchased the home new in 2004. I have now moved and I want to rent the home to someone who is responsible and mature. The home is south of 98 near Sacred Heart Hospital and Walmart. Very convenient location.
It is a 2 br / 2 bath on a .25 acre lot. The backyard borders undeveloped land that buffers the power lines. Very private.
It has a carport and a separate workshop that is heated and cooled. The backyard has a large paver patio for entertaining.
There are eight 10yr old fruit trees across the back of the property that bear fruit.

The rent is 1500.00 per month. I need first and last months rent and small damage deposit as well as an approved application w credit check. Dog friendly within reason.
The home will be available on March 1, 2016 (or maybe earlier if all work is completed quickly).
