2-3 bedroom 1.5-2 bath. Long term rental.

My fiancé and I have lived in the Santa Rosa Beach area for nearly ten years. We have a baby on the way and need to upgrade. We prefer a three bedroom two bath, but willing to settle for a two bedroom one and half bath. We are hoping to move as soon as possible so we can be settled before the baby arrives in July. We do have a five year old Golden retriever. She is very calm and well behaved. We are trying to keep the budget around $2,000 or less.
