My husband and I just had our first baby girl a couple weeks ago and are in the process of building a house in Miramar Beach. We’re currently in Pensacola with my parents, but we would like to be closer to our new home and doctors for appointments in the next few months before the house is ready. We’re looking for a 2-3 bedroom, partially or fully furnished place to rent until March or April. We have a brand new baby and 2 sweet cats. If you know of anything, please send it our way! There's a Residence Inn at Grand Blvd, not a stand alone house, but they'd allow the cats.

Residence Inn would also offer better flexibility should your build not complete in time.

I was just about to list our home for rent for Feb and March when I saw your post. Our winter renters backed out at the last minute and so we have Feb and March open. It is a 2,000 square foot, two bedroom garage, fireplace, sunroom home on a wooded lot in Seagrove Beach in a fabulous neighborhood. Our only challenge is the cats - I'm allergic.
