Hi! I am considering renting my 2 bedroom/1 bath ground floor unit located in Seagrove Highlands. I have self managed for the last few years and my schedule has gotten busier and am now thinking a longer-term lease would be better. I would consider Snow Birds for January and February. I would also consider a 5-6 month lease starting January 1. I have rented a 10 week contract the last couple of summers to college students coming to work in the area and that has worked out great so I would also consider that again.
