I have a house that has been in the short-term rental program for 2 years that I am in the process of renovating. I would like to rent it long-term starting in January. It has 2 bedrooms/2 baths and is in a secluded setting. It is about 300 yards from private beach access. We would like to rent it for $1,200 per month, plus utilities. Please email me at jameyprice@hotmail.com if you are interested. Thank you.
