2+ bedroom pet-friendly home needed by Oct 4

My husband and I (and our 30lb dog) are looking for a home to rent for one year. We're hoping for 2+ bedrooms for under $2,200 per month in the Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, or Destin area, but we are open to other options.

Our current landlord is selling her home, so we need to find a place before October 4. Thank you in advance for any leads.
