Looking for yearly rental for 2 or 3 bedroom - 2 bath condo/townhome in Walton County (Santa Rosa Beach/Seagrove/Blue Mountain Beach/30-A area). Please provide lease info, deposit info, pet deposit info (I have a 12 lb well trained dog that does not shed), if any utilities are included in rent and if property includes washer/dryer. Looking to lease 8/1/2011. Thank you for your help!

The condo is pet friendly for the right tenant. Monthly rent is $1400 per month with a $1400 security deposit and $250 pet deposit. Tenant is responsible for water/sewer and electric.
