2+ Yr Lease in Walton or Okaloosa Co's - Late July 2016

My husband and I are looking for a long-term lease for at least two years, but possibly three in the Walton or Okaloosa Counties (not in the orange or red flood zones), beginning late July 2016. We need a house with 4+ bedrooms, 3+ bathrooms. We are in the process of adopting a newborn and my mother-in-law is coming to live with us, which will all be finalized in about a year. We have two cats and one dog. We will also get renter's insurance to ease the owner's mind regarding possible damages from pets. We have a lot of "wishes," but none are deal breakers: fenced yard, close to the beach, 30-45 min from Eglin AFB, 2-car garage or drive way, pool or in a community with a pool.
