• Walkable to the beach
• Clean, well-maintained property
• Open to long-term lease

I’m a full-time business owner who works locally. I live a quiet, disciplined lifestyle — early mornings, focused workdays, health and fitness oriented. I don’t drink, don’t smoke, and don’t host parties. I keep a clean space and treat wherever I live with care and respect. Stable income, responsible, and happy to provide references if needed.
