has this been rented? Are any utilities included? What are the lease terms?

It has not been rented yet. No utilities are included and it's a one year lease. If a two year lease is signed, we can reduce the rent by $50.00 per mo.
Thanks,

The rent could be a little negotiable, but it won?t be as low as $900.00.
You should probably rent that one...
Thanks for the interest.
