40 something IT Professional has relocated to area. Currently working for a large local resort while living in Temp housing. 1 very small quiet well trained pet will be my roommate. My pet is not allowed in the temp housing so I am looking to move in by the middle of this month or beginning of next.

Would prefer covered parking. Garage is great but, just as fine with a carport. Would also prefer a location closer to west side of Santa Rosa Beach.

I am a music producer and have a small project studio as well, so hoping to find a place that will allow me a little extra noise (not overtly loud noise) in the early evenings and on weekends. Below $1800.

30A would be great, or south of 98.
