2BR House in SRB

My husband and I have lived in Fort Walton Beach for the last few years and are looking to move to the SRB area. It would be a lot more convenient for us since he has started a new career in Destin/SRB area and is out of the military.. I’ve always worked out in this area anyways. This marks year number seven of driving through Destin traffic for me to get to work.. so I think it’s about time to make a move!

We’re looking for 2BR 2BATH house (preferably fenced in back yard). We do have a dog— she’s very well behaved. We’re working on our credit, but we do have 5+ years of perfect rental history (Never missed a payment and never late on ANY of our payments)

We don’t trash our house. We’re not messy people, at all. We don’t smoke. We don’t have parties or any roommates. Both of us are very hard working and have a bunch of work references if need be!

As of right now — anything below or right at $1800 is ideal.. depending on the house.
