3+BR, 2+BA for 24+ Month Lease on the 30A

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, looking for a long term rental on the 30A.
We have a 70 pound dog and are willing to pay an extra pet deposit.

Preferably, we are looking in Watercolor, Seaside, Alys, Rosemary areas.
