3 BR/ 2BA in Walton County

We are moving from Atlanta to Walton County (Inlet Beach) but our house is new construction and we will not be able to close until February 2017. Apparently the Walton County schools will not let us live outside the county until we close on the new house (the contract with the builder is not enough for them). The rental house has to be in Walton County, so we don't have to switch schools in the middle of the year. The rental term would be from the end of June 2016 to February 2017. We have two very small dogs (a Chihuahua and a Tea Cup Poodle) and we don't smoke. We were hoping to find something for $1300 or less. Please reply if this is something that will fit your rental property.
