Looking for residential lot, ideally less than $100,000. North Side of 30a (Inlet Beach to Blue Mountain). Would ideally be near beach access. Prefer no HOA, or very low HOA dues. Desire to build carriage house in near future, and build main house down the road. Thanks in advance-
