We are looking for a 2BR+ monthly rental in Santa Rosa Beach on South Side of 98, near 30A. Unfurnished or partial furnished is preferred; between $1,000 to $1,600/mo.; 9 to 12 mo lease term preferred; Move-In Date: between 1/15/16 to 1/30/16.
Please send info on any rental opportunities that fit this criteria before November 30th, 2015. We are open to other rentals (north of 98 or in Miramar Beach) depending on price and location. We will likely renew our current lease by December 1st if we do not find something that meets our needs. We are simply looking to be closer to 30A.
