33 y/o F Sales Professional w/Room Available in March

I rent a 2/2 at The Southern Apartments and will have a room opening in March. $1300 all bills paid. I'm open to month to month. I have a corgi named Frank. I go to bed at nine and get up at 4:30. I used to be fun in my 20's but now I'm pretty boring. I'm clean and career oriented. I prefer living with guys because they are typically low key, but am open. The room is unfurnished but I could furnish it if needed. I also have a garage and am open to sharing that.

The Southern is building a new clubhouse with a state of the art gym, pool etc.

I can provide past roommate references, if needed.

Cheers!
