$387 a month room for ren

My roommate is moving out and I am in need of a roommate ASAP! I live in a 2 br 2.5 bath at The Palms of Freeport. It's in a nice neighborhood and just a 25 minute drive to 30a. Rent is $387.50 a month & utilities are right around $100 per person. I am 22 year old female so I would prefer a young female roommate. If you are interested please call me at 850-527-2021
