We are renting our newly renovated home. It is in Miramar beach within the Seaspray neighborhood. It is walking distance to the beach(neighborhood has its own access) and restaurants. There is also pool for all residents of Seaspray. We are asking $3200 a month utilities not included. Lawn care and pest control are provided. We allow small pets with a deposit.
