Rental in Sea Dunes...
I have a 3/2 in sea dunes subdivision that is close to the beach and about 1.5 miles from gulf place. It is 1650 sq ft with 2 covered porches. It rents for $1500 a month and can be rented furnished( at a higher rate) or unfurnished. It has a fenced yard and exterior storage. It has been completely renovated. New appliances, paint, and furnishings. Washer/dryer included.
