A little about us: we're a family of six relocating to Florida with four young children (ages 6, 4, 2, and newborn). We're establishing Florida residency while we search for a home to purchase in the community. We're serious, financially qualified tenants who will treat the property with care.

Ideally we're looking for:

• 4–5 bedrooms in WaterColor (any phase, Phase 5/Park District preferred)
• 12-month lease with full amenity access (Beach Club, Camp WaterColor)
• Flexible on move-in date and monthly rate

Not in watercolor but I have a home on the west end of 30a in blue mountain beach area. It was built in 2022 and is 2400 sq ft 4 bed/ 4 bath with a flex room and garage, 2 covered porches and built in outdoor grill. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood off 393/30A and just a short 10 min walk to Gulf Place, 2 beach accesses, restaurants and shopping. Community pool 4-5 houses away.
12 month lease is available.
