Hi James. The home is located in Santa Rosa Beach, north of 98. If you're interested in viewing it, I can provide the address. If you're bringing a pet, there will be a $125 per pet fee. Utilities and tax is included. Refundable security deposit of $500. One time cleaning fee of $300.
