brown county i haven't been to in probably 10 years, not sure what's there any more except a bunch of shops. they used to have country music concerts there, not sure if they still do.

french lick is in southern indiana it is south of bloomington where i.u. is. it has hotels, i believe some gambling, and a spa, and i don't know what else. my mother goes down there for her red hat ladies' conventions. i've never been there.

Ahhh, the Red Hats. I guess that's a national club/society. Cute ladies but I hope I don't ever get involved in one. ;-)

About a quarter of our trees have already started changing and leaves are falling. Light jackets most days now. But sandels are still fine.

i have no desire to live down south, but i could never move anyway while my parents are still alive, it would break their hearts. i don't see them all the time, but they like just knowing i am here.

Beautiful Audie. I'm with you I like the nice cabin, don't do hotels much there. I stay away from the shops and get up in the mountain. So nice.
