Key Responsibilities:
- Work with reservation management on proper procedures for folio transactions to ensure entries correctly flow in the accounting areas of Streamline Reservation software.
- Assist reservation management with correcting guest folio issues.
- Process owner rental commission payments.
- Owner account collections.
- Assisting owners with questions regarding charges and statements.
- Communicate with Operations staff to validate work order charges.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are current
- Work together with managers and staff on accounts payable issues.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable principles
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks and Streamline Reservation software a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with people
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
