Is it like this Miss K? Mine is short in the back and the back is my favorite part of the cut butit's not choppy in the back it's more stacked. I do like this girls cut though and will add a few more layers to the sides of mine next time.

I just bookmarked this link because that is an awesome cut. But you do have to have straight hair.

No you don't. Philippa has that cut (and has had, with variations, for a year now). Her hair is thick and wavy and yet with a top-of-the-line Chi iron, it comes out exactly as in Ocean Lover's photo. Without the help of a hairdresser.

JR, I don't use the flat iron on mine that much, just at the very end for a touch up. I wear it with a little more volume. Mine isn't as straight as in the link I posted last night but I wanted to let you know that I use a smoothing/anti frizz gel and a big round brush and that's about it. Even in the rain lately it's holding up well. When I first got it cut I was worried that the back would be high maintentence but not at all! I still miss my pony tail though.
