If you ser e a quality steak people will find you. There's really not options for good steak here.

True. You can be anywhere nowadays if people like your restaurant.

If you rely on foot traffic that's a different story. Not too far off Watersound will have a lot more traffic from visitors and homeowners. There may be enough homeowners now if it's good enough to keep them off 98.
