Hubby and I are headed down in a week or so. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and I really want to do something special for him. We usually plan a special night out and about......sent him fishing last year.....THIS year, I really want to do something different!

So, do any of you have any suggestions of what to do? I am looking for something unusual and/or creative..... Sorry to be so vague, but as you can see, I am at a loss for ideas! :bang:

This isn't really creative but this is something that my hubby and I most enjoy on our trips: sunset with a good bottle of champagne and a fine chocolate dessert. Grayton is my first choice but any SoWal beach is a romantic sunset. We usually get a bottle of Tattingers since we toured it in France and it was the first nice bubbly that we ever tried.

If you'd like to create a romantic stay IN...

Contact one of the very fine local chefs (Phil @ Table Five or Chef Ed) who personally chef your very special occasion IN HOME!! It's divine... food, music, company, atmosphere of your choice w/ no drinking and driving issues!

I'm also pretty sure there are spas in the area that you can arrange for an IN HOME couples pampering / massage experience... so you'd be totally relaxed before your private gourmet dinner.

After all that... take BBAggies advice... toast the moon and yourselves with bubbly and some totally D-vine chocolate dessert that Phil or Ed created and left you alone with!

Congrats and Enjoy a Lovely Anniversary whatever you decide to do!!
