Any insight to this arrest?

Hmm, looks like he got drunk, made an ass out of himself, mouthed off to the cops, and now he's unemployed. I would think any media outlet would follow the same line to termination.

lets see.. he got drunk, tried to walk on a $150+bar tab and then wants to pull a race ticket when they want him and his friends to pay up......seems like he and his friends are trying to take advantage of some poor server/bartender just trying to make a living this time of year. And he threatened that they would hear about it on the news ??? Yea guess he was right about that ....

It wouldn't be the first time a bartender or server added drinks to someone's tab. Was there something about race in the article which I missed?

I still go on the assumption of innocent until I at least hear the other side of the story. Arrest doesn't mean that someone is actually guilty.

According to the Sun (first story I saw about this) Character said to the arresting cop that the only reason he was being arrested was that he was black. Methinks, it was because he was very drunk. Actually, I kind of liked the guy. He was a pleasant change from the same-old reporters you get on the local stations.

So far all I've heard is how nice this guy is and how overzealous the "security" at Baytowne can be.

I'd like to know why he was charged with a felony. That sounds a little severe.

I wondered what happen to him. I liked the guy and thought he was personalble and polite to an extreme when I met him.
