Here's a link to the home page of the Walton Sun that has an article about a writer staying at Seaside who has done research on the evolution of this area and other parts of Florida. Seaside property was not necessarily "the place to be" over a century ago. Interesting reading and someone should tell the researcher/author to look at SoWal.com!
