At least 2 bedroom 2 bath pet friendly in Santa Rosa Beach or Freeport

My mother is retired and wants to live in this area. I’m a local from a few years ago and am familiar with the area. We do have 2 dogs and 1 cat. All mature. I’m looking to get her set up and will eventually take all the pets with me.
