Wife and I are relocating for work to Santa Rosa/Rosemary Beach area and are looking for a home/townhouse/condo that has at least 2 bedrms/2 baths and is pet friendly for our 15-year old Labrador. Looking for a range between $1400-$1800. Prefer to be within 20 minutes of Rosemary Beach. and a minimum of a 1-year rental. Prefer a single-family home, and a fireplace would be exceptional! Thanks!
