Love Jeremy Irons as well--especially in Reversal Of Fortune. He was also good in The Merchant of Venice. Both he and Bourdain still manage to have a rakish, let's have a good time demeanor despite their age.

Saw Jim Morrison perform back in 1970 and he was totally wasted on Coors.

Gael Garcia Bernal has been in several indie movies which were fairly big hits, but definitely not mainstream entertainment.
One of my favorites was Y Tu Mama Tambien. (Directed by the guy who directed Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban.)
