Baby sea turtle rescue on seagrove beach this am

....this just in...

Walking along the beach this am (local time 4:30-6am for sunrise) I saw something washing ashore in the waves... it looked like a small baby sea turtle.. on his back.. in a panic I sprung into the water and grabbed a fin...he was plastic with a battery operated casing in his belly... I believe FedEx relocation of turtle eggs to the Atlantic side last month... this little fellow must have had the Energizer? Ultimate Lithium Batteries installed to make it back to the Gulf side so quickly.

Baden "collector series" Troy edition football discovered in sand... quarterback fumbles the ball behind the line of scrimmage... must have been taken out in the tides...

Bright "orange orange" tug boat marooned on Seagrove Beach measures approx 4" x 2" Captained presumed missing at sea.. search and rescue helicopters deployed... if anyone has info on the tug or wishes to establish salvage claim please contact me immediately...

Bright red plastic sand rake with white handle discovered in sand... owner may contact me or pick up....

I'll be home until 9am then I'm back on the beach and will check for claims early afternoon.
