Back Beach Barbecue and Odd Pelican Brewing Company will host a Beer Dinner, featuring a collaboration of specialty craft brews and various barbecue options with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the NWF Health Network.
The fun begins at 6:30pm on Thursday, November 30th.
Tickets for the beer dinner are on sale for $100 per person and can be reserved by calling the restaurant at 850-249-0822.
Guests are invited to enjoy an amuse bouche followed by a four-course meal prepared by Back Beach Barbecue Pitmaster Shane Kirkland. Each course will be accompanied by a specially selected beer from Odd Pelican Brewing Company to showcase the flavors and essence of the barbecued dish. Pitmaster Shane has created a menu featuring various specialty meats and seafood including frog legs, pork belly, blue crab, and venison. The indulgent meal will be finished off with a seasonal dessert.
