When will Walton Co move from plastic bags?

When society accepts we will be facing more cost to leave plastic. I talked to Brian at publix about this one day and he said it would be very expensive on the consumer to leave plastic. A simple bill to stop plastic bags is next to impossible to pass. The bills get full of all sorts of other junk.

I rarely surf without seeing a plastic bag go floating by.:bang: Third world countries(Costa Rico) are much worse.

The reusable Publix bags are a great place to start - so much nicer and easier than all the little plastic bags. I can get all my shopping in 4-5 of those bags instead of 20-30 small bags.

Unfortunately I still end up w/ plastic bags from produce etc, so I recycle those.
