Bank Trust Merger

I read that the proposed merger of BancTrust and Trustmark might be hitting a snag. It seems that the board of BTFG is being investigated by a lawfirms specializing in such matters. I understand that Bank Trust is heavy into real estate mortgages on the Gulf Coast in Florida and Alabama. I'm glad I don't own any bank stock of any kind.
