I think it's probably still on the market because there is lots of stuff along Bayfront that pencils out better than $1.35M--and they're still on the market too.

 Was hoping someone knew who the builder was. Dont guess that is quite as important as getting your views. As you seem to be so up with the market and on top of your game. Again thanks for your ever so charming wit.

Oh by the way. You are wrong once again. I checked and it the best buy per square foot on the bay in Miramar for new construction. 
 But you may have hit upon something. It does say in the MLS, that there has been some strange happenings. I think it is haunted. 
 That puts you at 1 for 2. Batting .500 could make you a fortune in Major League Baseball. But I think you might have a tough time in the locker room.

  The house is not actually haunted. All of noices coming from the house have been found, however.
  Early this morning, there were 17 Mexicans found living in the closets. The listing agent said no one ever knew they were in there. The power bill or water bill never increased at all. Come to find out, they would all sneak out the back door and bath in the bay during the middle of the night.
 The realtor said at least one good thing came out of it though. They built some beautiful custom closets in there during their spare time and also fixed an old 57 Chevy, which the neighbor had sitting next door.
 OK. I must ask one more question and need the truth. Is Shelly and Capricious the same person? Brother and sister? Boyfriend and girfriend? Next door neighbors? And if so, I bet that is one depressing neighborhood.

I can't speak for Shelly and Capricious as brother and sister. Were your parents siblings? I keep reading the above trying to see it from your point of view...just can't seem to get my head that far up my butt. :idontno:

Okay, I had to look -- nothing like a train wreck. At least you got two people to look at the listing, maybe. I'm not sure if I'm looking at the correct one. There are no homes on Bayshore Dr currently listed for $1.35 million. However, I did find a Bayfront home priced higher, which has a hot tub, and I see a photo of some drawers in a closet. I see no mention of the neighbors 57 Chevy, but I do see  notes that the builder and the Listing Agent are a part owners of the home. Perhaps you are the builder, no? 

There is nothing wrong with trying to promote your own property, so why all the secrets?  It just makes it seem shady. Just post the mls number and link for people to see photos. It would probably draw more positive attention.

The link to the MLS listing doesn't work (you need a username & password) which makes me think this whole thread is one SAD attempt to generate interest in a property.

Don't know why they think posting that the house contains ghosts and such great security that they didn't notice umpteen homeless people living there would improve its odds of selling though :idontno:.

Seems to be a lot of bayfront homes for sale on that street.  One of them is 4596 sq. feet for $1,000,000.  That seems to be a good price as well.  Here is a virtual tour link.
