Beach Chairs- Grayton Beach

We're looking to book a place in Grayton Beach late August or early September. We prefer to rent chairs and umbrellas for the week as we usually don't have enough space to bring our own. If the public access is our beach access will Coastal be our only option to rent from? If our beach access is the Ray's Multi-Mountain Access will Coastal be the only option there as well? Or would there be other options? I've tried reaching out on this to both rental companies and chair vendors and I can't get a straight answer on this.
