Beach home. Nov 12- Nov 13 Lease

I'm looking for a year lease starting in November. I want a 2 BR condo/TH/house furnished/unfurnished that is within walking distance to the beach and that isn't too far of a commute from Eglin. Preferably under $1200 w/ utilities. We have a cat that must come with us. We are a very honest, clean, and organized family that would make great tenants. Please, send any relevant information.
