We are coming to seagrove july 18th. We want to pick up some fresh seafood to cook at the house while we are there, where are the best places to pick some up?

Thanks!

Unless it has closed, Captain Zacs in Seagrove near Yanni's is good and there is another place, Kings?, a couple blocks east of that .

We go to Goatfeathers in Seagrove about 50 times a year and are always pleased by the quality. In addition, they keep their display case, counter, and knives very clean and use good personal hygiene practices.. So I feel safe eating their seafood.

I realize that you will be in Seagrove, so you are looking for easy accessability, Goatfeathers II, will be your best choice at that end of the beach. For others who read this board, but are staying at the west end, you will have good success with Goatfeathers, located between Blue Mtn Beach and Gulf Place (which is Santa Rosa Beach), and Shrimpers located on Hwy 98 about 1 mile west of Hwy 393.
