Big Daddy’s Bike Shop is seeking full time and part time individuals that share our high level of customer service and can work with a team. We offer competitive pay, store discounts, on the job training in a high paced, fun environment.
We are hiring for the following positions:
Bike Mechanic
Responsibilities include assisting our certified bike mechanic with customer repairs and new bike builds, assisting with organizing and operating the service department, assisting with rental bike maintenance and providing top customer service to customers. Computer experience is helpful, but will train. Job also requires flexibility to assist in other departments when needed. 2 years bike repair experience preferred. Pay based on skill level.
Repair Service Assist/Bike Rental Maintenance
Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repairs of rental bikes, new bike builds, preparing bikes for rental reservations, willing to work outside, able to lift 50 lbs. and providing top customer service to rental customers. Bike mechanics and computer experience are helpful, but will train. Job also requires flexibility to assist in other departments in the business when needed. Bike repair experience is not necessary, but is a plus.
Delivery Driver and Bike Transport
Responsibilities include working with rental team to organize and prepare out-going bike reservations, delivering rental bikes and new merchandise to customers, assisting with the return and organizing of rental bikes, must be able to lift 50 lbs., willing to work outside, and have a clean driving record. Basic bike mechanics and computer experience are helpful, but will train. Job also requires flexibility to assist in other departments in the business when needed.
Bike Rentals and Reservationist
Responsibilities include a positive attitude and providing top level customer service, assisting with incoming phone calls and email inquiries, taking bike rental reservations, working with customers on the telephone and in person, assisting with in person bike rentals, organizing and preparing out-going bike reservations and organizing returning bike orders, willing to work outside and being able to lift 30 lbs. Computer experience is helpful, but will train. Job also requires flexibility to assist in other departments in the business when needed.
Sales Department
Responsibilities include working with our sales team in assisting customers, engaging with customers and providing product knowledge and assisting with new bike builds. Basic bike mechanics and computer experience are helpful, but will train. Job also requires flexibility to assist in other departments in the business when needed. Sales experience preferred, but will train.
