If so, today is your lucky day because a growing vacation rental management company is looking for the newest addition to our Business Development team! if you’re an experienced sales professional, we want to speak to you!Our ideal candidate is business conscious, hardworking, friendly, always professional, and ready to spread the word of our outstanding rental management services. The right person has a commission/incentive-driven mindset and is perpetually on the lookout for opportunities to grow our business. As the first contact with potential additions to our programs you will need to establish yourself as a memorable ambassador of the our brand. Strong problem-solving faculties and communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to think on your feet.If you:
    – Are an experienced salesperson
    – Can professionally and tactfully interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
    – Possess strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills
    – Are a self-starter and self-motivated
    – Possess PC skills, including the use of MS Office applications and Salesforce
    – Are proactive with outbound prospecting and lead management
    – Are ready to handle all first contact with new clients and build valuable relationships
    – Can generate appointments and work with revenue team to prepare honest projections
    – Are able to log, track and maintain customer contact and contact records
    – Have the ability to make formal and informal presentations
    – Are willing and able to attend sales meetings, staff meetings, and provide input for strategic moves
    – Can work closely with our Executive Team
