Caregivers

why would you only pay someone 8 to 10 dollars to take care of an eldery person in need? :confused:

This is the starting rate for caregivers. $12 - $14 an hour for experienced caregivers.

My caregivers don't go into any home bllindly. I survey each situation, find out the likes and dislikes, and the wants and needs. I then type up a very detailed duties & med list.

I have been a caregiver for an 80 year old female for the last 19 months. She's wonderful. I would have time now that she's recovered from her injuries, to possibly devote myself to the care of someone on 30A 4-8 hours a day. Ms. Martin has been a joy to me. Although she is bed ridden I have help 24-7. I have made a best friend. Very intelligent at that. I know she would would give a nice referral.
