Hello! My name is Southern Britt and I am a professional looking to move to SRB. I do not have pets, am very respectful, and am very clean. I would love if I could rent this carriage house. I would be looking to move in around early June and move out after first week of August if the term needed to end by summer. However, I also would be willing to discuss a longer term lease. Please feel free to contact me at soubritt@gmail.com to further discuss.
