Carriage House/House Rental Needed for local family of 3

Hey South Walton community! Our little family of three, my husband, our 8 year old daughter and I, are in search of a small house to rent soon. Would love to find a carriage house if possible. We built a house here that completely fell through and have been renting from my parents since. Hurricane Ida just hit their other home in Louisiana, resulting in them probably moving down here full-time sooner than later - however it is a 2 bedroom townhome that is too tight for all of us to live in together. Open to options and ideas! We are extremely responsible, tidy and are passionate about helping to support our local community. Thank you so much!
