He will be finishing dental school near the area and I will be working. Can pay first and last months rent plus security deposit. Hello! I’m interested in multiple years longterm rental if your guest house is still available. It would be just me, Vanessa, and I lived in S Walton Santa Rosa for nearly 8yrs in the same home.
