You are sure to be able to pick up a nice lot in one of the premier developments with plenty of amenities for under $250k. Prices continue to move down--don't settle for something you don't like. Find some lots you like in the developments you like--find out what the seller paid by going to the Walton County website, and then make an offer YOU like. Good luck.
