So this weekend I was running around getting things done before I have to leave on Thursday. I rarely see celebrities- or notice them for that matter. This weekend though...I struck celebrity gold. And this is just walking around. Not going out. Here goes...

Robert Redford on Saturday. I was heading to get my hair cut and I was trailing him for about 3 blocks till I realized it was him. He had on a Sundance hat. Nice looking...but def. old.

Liv Tyler in CVS today with her son. And he was adorable. She's tall, not lost the baby weight, but looked good. My friend broke in line in front of her to buy beef jerky not realizing who she was. Her son was a doll though...very chatty.

John Basedow in Starbucks today. You know...the workout guy? Had his pants up to his chinny chin chin. How random...right? Some woman asked him if he was who he was and he was complimented she recognized him.

Finally, I just saw Lester Holt from NBC in my grocery store.

I never see anybody. Ever. Just thought I'd share that.

Nada. I can't move that quickly. And with my big Sideykicky its really obvious what I'm doing. And we have to act really cool...like it's no big deal. Sorry guys. :(

You don't have to act cool. Allow me to correct myself since I seemed to use the wrong wording. Cool as in not make a big deal out of it and let them go on their way.

i see basedow on commercials all the time and his head doesn't look like it matches his body - does it in real life ? it looks way too small !

I'm impressed by seeing Steven Tyler's grandchild-I love him, especially ever since he took me by the hand and kissed it when I met him at a book signing once. Say what you will about the man, but once you meet him like I did, you get it.

And Lester Holt-I would have loved seeing him. Maybe I can be a television journalist in my next life-I sooo get into the current events, good, bad or otherwise.
